TAX-HAVEN SCANDAL

I found this on an “Independent” blog posted by “FREKE”. It is well worthy of spreading around ….

The Turks and Caicos Islands is one of the smaller tax havens run by the British. Its main purpose is to help rich people in Europe and the US avoid tax and financial regulations.

A quick google search and one find a web site with the following reasons why you should move your money to the Turks and Caicos Islands:

NO INCOME TAX

NO REAL ESTATE TAX

NO CAPITAL GAINS TAX OR CAPITAL TRANSFER TAX

NO VALUE ADDED TAX

NO ESTATE DUTY TAX OR INHERITANCE TAX

NO GIFT TAX

NO LAND TAX

NO WITHHOLDING TAX

NO TAX TREATIES AND THEREFORE NO EXCHANGE OF INFORMATION WITH FOREIGN COUNTRIES

NO EXCHANGE CONTROLS, NO RESTRICTION ON HOW MUCH CAN BE BROUGHT IN OR OUT OF THE COUNTRY

In other words, a paradise for the financial industry. The problem is that since this parasitic statelet does not pay any taxes the people living there are poor and on top of all that it is now up to the British taxpayer to bail the country out.

Is it not absolutely disgusting that one British government after the other is running and protecting tax havens such as the Turks and Caicos Islands and the Cayman Islands in order to help super-rich parasites avoid taxes ? And that while public services in the UK are cut to the bone and hundreds of thousands of public servants are losing their jobs, the UK taxpayers have to bail out these failed economies which on paper are home to fantastic amounts of wealth?

The colonies are financial mafia states run by the British in order to help rich people cheat on taxes. It is another sign that the people calling the shots in Brittain are the people in the financial industry and not the electorate.
